Theo born in Cyprus and he is a member of the Nicosia and Cyprus Bar Association. He obtained a law degree (LLB with Hons) from the University of Essex in United Kingdom. He has also acquired the professional diploma Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in United Kingdom. Theo is one of the founding partners of CTA Law Firm (C.T. Antoniou & Co LLC) and he is heading the International desk of the firm.

Theo is an experienced Lawyer with a demonstrated history on Investments. As an Investment experienced lawyer based in Cyprus, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist International clients navigate the complex legal landscape of investment management. With focus on delivering practical solutions that address the unique needs of each client, he has also built a reputation for providing top-tier legal services to businesses and individuals alike.

Lorna Williams is the CEO of Essential Services Now LLC that was birthed during the COVID 19 Pandemic as a home based business. Since then there has been several milestones and strategic relationships aimed primarily at developing disadvantaged areas of the United States, women, minorities and developing nations such as Africa and Latin America.

She is on the advisory board for International Projects of Estate Masters fund.  She graduated from the University of Houston with a double degree in Economics and Psychology at one of the most diverse universities in the United States in the most diverse city. Lorna's passion has been in development and energy Economics. She has a heart to work towards the Empowerment of women, minorities and developing nations. She is also the Secretary General of the International Peace and Governance Council USA and Chartered Institute of Peace and Governance in Texas which is a diplomatic mission for peace, good Governance and poverty eradication which has partnerships with the United Nations of various countries. Lorna is a non-academic Council member and board member of the American University of Peace and Governance which trains leaders in international diplomacy.

She is also the Business Development Manager of Born Again Properties, Construction and Developments, a woman owned business, which operates in the US, Canada, Mexico and parts of Europe. She has newly been appointed in June 2023 as a Non-Executive Board Advisor for Bethel Capital Building Trust based in Tanzania for Turnkey Projects Financing. Lorna loves development projects and is part owner of StarCity Multimedia and Greenfield project StarCity Smart City in Nigeria whose goal is to build 10,000 smart cities all over the world and create 10,000 businesses and eliminate hunger and poverty by 98%. 

 

 

JEAN-CLAUDE ATUSAMESO

Father Jean-Claude Atusameso is a Catholic priest. He worked many years at the first Catholic Church in
the State of Virginia, Saint Mary’s Catholic Church (founded at 1795) in Old town, Alexandria. Founder
and Executive Director of Jatukik Providence Foundation; he applies smart and sustainable solutions to
build strong African communities. He is a native of the Democratic Republic of Congo. In 1999, Jean-
Claude founded Jatukik Providence Foundation as part of his efforts to revitalize and strengthen the war
torn Democratic Republic of Congo. He has a very holistic approach in bringing relief and development
to Africa and the Caribbean Basin.
Father Jean-Claude also serves as CEO of Global Infrastructure, Commodities and Finance LLC and board
member of the George Mason University’s Global and Community Heath Programs. He also serves as
Program Director for the Democratic Republic of Congo operations of the Earth Rights Institute.
Father Jean-Claude Atusameso has been very involved in the Dodd Frank Conflict minerals Legislation. In partnership with the Enough Project, he worked closely with John Prendergast to support this Conflict minerals law. He also worked with State Legislator Shane Robinson to successfully pass into law the “Conflict Free” minerals legislation in the State of Maryland. He was present at the signing ceremony of this law by the Governor Martin O’Malley.
